How does per-user pricing work?
You pay for each active user who has access to UniCMMS. You can add or remove users at any time, and your billing adjusts at the next cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange bank transfer or ACH for annual Enterprise contracts.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you 20% compared to monthly billing, equivalent to getting over 2 months free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export all your data. After this period, your data is deleted from our servers per our data retention policy.

What is included in the IoT add-on for Premium AI?
